Yes, every product is lab-tested for efficacy. We conduct various tests to eliminate doubts of contamination and viability of alkaloids. You get to enjoy robust products every time you order from Jack Botanicals.

Our products undergo a series of strict testing at an independent laboratory facility for the following: :

1. Quality Control: We strive to provide our customers with the smoothest and purest kratom experience possible. Every one of our kratom products is 100% free from heavy metals, additives or cross-contamination.
2. Alkaloid Levels:  Since alkaloids are the key component in kratom, multiple tests are conducted to ensure that our kratom contains the highest amount of alkaloid content needed to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Amongst others, we test for the maximum dosage of both Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine. 
3. Consistency: As one of the leaders in the industry, we strive to provide our customers with quality and consistency with each and every product and order.
4. Industry Compliance: We work hard to achieve total compliance with strict guidelines set forth by the industry. This includes adherence to the GMP Guidelines put in place in 2014 by the AKA (American Kratom Association). 

Purity:  Our kratom is meticulously tested for cross contaminants including microbial pathogens, pesticides, and heavy metals. Stringent tests are run including testing for Arsenic, Cadmium, E. coli, Mercury, Mold, Lead, Salmonella, Staphylococcus Aureus and Yeast. 

Our website is designed to provide a user-friendly experience for our customers. Our most recent COA (Certificate of Analysis) results are uploaded to our site regularly. You can scan the barcode on the product label to directly connect you to the lab results for the batch in question. As a long-standing affiliate of the American Kratom Association (AKA), Jack Botanicals strives to strictly adhere to their GMP standards. The Good Manufacturing Practice standards are set in place to oversee reputable kratom vendors. Founded in 2014, the AKA works closely with all their vendors to ensure the highest standards. We strive to go above and beyond to assure our customers that our kratom is top-of-the-line according to AKA protocol. 

To ensure that your product matches our most recent lab-report simply scan the bar code entitled: Lab results. This will give you the current results. As well, you can match the batch number and date on your packaging to the lab reports on our website. We aim to provide all the pertinent information on our product labels. If you have any further questions other than what we display on the front and back of our packaging, please consult our website or contact our customer service department.

Front label: The front label contains our company name, the name of the product, our website and the weight of the product.

Back label: The back label contains the vein and strain of kratom, warnings regarding kratom use and our website and telephone number for customer service. Additionally, on the bottom left there is a QR code which connects to our website for you to view our terms and conditions. On the right bottom side, you will find another QR code that you can scan to view the lab results pertaining to that particular batch of kratom.

Jack Botanicals only ships to those states in which kratom is legal. Please check to see if the legal status of kratom sales has recently changed in your state. Refer to our website for shipping restrictions and guidelines. 

At this time, due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to the following states:

• Arkansas
• Indiana
• Rhode Island
• Vermont 
• Wisconsin

Additionally, we are legally prohibited to ship kratom to specific counties, cities and countries. Please check our website for further details on shipping guidelines.

You must be 21 years or older to purchase, use or sell kratom. Therefore, we will not sell any products to those individuals that are not yet 21. Proof of ID is required for all sales. 

Kratom is still not legal in all areas. Please check to see if the area in which you reside has passed legislation regarding kratom sales. Refer to our website for more details and a list of the states, counties, towns and countries to which we are legally allowed to ship kratom at this time. 

Kratom is sold in many variations. This includes the stain as well as the vein. The vein refers to the color of the kratom leaves at which time they were harvested. Green vein kratom is the most mild kratom vein as it is picked at a very early age in the growth cycle. White vein kratom is known for its moderate properties as it is picked in the mid-growth stage. As the most potent vein of kratom, red vein kratom is harvested at the peak level of the growth cycle. Green is ideal for beginners, white for those who want a more middle-of-the-road experience and red is reserved for those who are tried-and-true kratom enthusiasts. 

Kratom strains are typically named first after the leaf vein color. The second part of the name is derived from the region where the kratom was sourced. Maeng Da Kratom is one of the few exceptions as its name is a slang term meaning “pimp grade” kratom as it is said to be the strongest kratom strain. Kratom powder is made from finely ground kratom leaves after they have been harvested, dried and sometimes fermented to boost the alkaloid content. Kratom capsules are actually made of pre-measured kratom powder in an easy-to-ingest form to ensure proper dosing, Kratom extracts are made by soaking the kratom leaves in a solvent, then filtering and evaporating them to form a concentrated form used to make kratom extracts. 

Kratom should be stored in an airtight container in a dark, dry and cool area. Refer to packing directions as the exact storage specifications may vary from one kratom product to another.

The shelf life for most kratom is 6-12 months if properly stored. The expiration date should be displayed on the packaging as well. Do not use kratom beyond the expiration date as this would affect the efficacy and strength of that particular batch. This could alter your body’s reaction to that strain. 

Just as any naturally occurring plant, kratom stains may vary from batch to batch. This may be due to both harvest time and frequency, climate conditions, and soil composition. Additionally, the age of the kratom tree could differ from one batch to another. The method in which the kratom is dried and processed could also account for some slight discrepancies between batches of the same strain.

If your order is over $100, the shipping charges are on us! We do not have any hidden charges or added costs for any packages. Jack Botanicals will not charge any additional money and you will only have to pay the cost of the products.

Shipping varies via the shipping method, typically between 3-5 business days. Orders placed prior to the 3pm ship that day whereas orders placed after that time ship the next business day. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order once it has been processed. Should there be any delays or issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier or our customer support team for further assistance.

Jack Botanicals understands and respects your need for privacy. Therefore, we use the utmost discretion when shipping our merchandise. It will be shipped in unmarked packing to ensure your confidentiality. 

You can change your shipping address by going into the account settings and changing the shipping address in your personal information section. The website will update the new address instantly.

Jack Botanicals offers exchanges to customers, but bear in mind that you should email us about your wish for an exchange within 30 days of receiving the package.
