• Cutoff Time: Orders received by 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will ship the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

2. USPS Priority Express Mail

• Delivery Time: With our USPS Express Mail option, your order is delivered within 1 to 2 days.
• Tracking: It includes tracking number and delivery confirmation.
• Shipping Cost: $30

Note: No deliveries on Sundays or holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your zip code, USPS workload, and flight changes. Although it is generally fast.

You can avail free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $100.

Please note that carriers do not pick up packages from our facility on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after the processing deadline may experience a delay in shipping confirmation and dispatch.

Jack Botanicals’ Return and Refund Policies

If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. You can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if it’s been opened. Your happiness is our guarantee!

• Condition: At least 75% of the product must remain, and it must be in its original packaging.
• Procedure: Include the shipping notice with your return. If you do not have it, email our support team at [email protected].
• Processing Time: We need 5 to 10 business days to receive your return. After we receive it, we need 2 to 3 business days to process the refund. Your bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to process the refund.
• Notification: We will notify you by email once your return is received and your refund is processed.
