Club 13 Kratom Vendor Review: What We Found Before You Order Online

Choosing an online kratom vendor might seem like a daunting task. With so many vendors to choose from, you need to make sure you are purchasing a safe product from a truly respected seller. Signs of a good vendor include AKA Certification, lab testing, good customer service and more. Club 13 has been one of most reputable kratom vendors for many years.

The following unbiased review provides honest feedback about Club 13 Kratom. From company history and information to transparency to product reviews, we have it all.

Club 13 Kratom: General Overview

Founded in 1999, Club 13 Kratom was selling kratom online before the American Kratom Association was even formed.  Their main goal was to keep their customers happy by selling them 100% pure, high quality kratom that is humanely sourced and ethically produced kratom and kava products.

Since then, they have become an affiliated member of the American Kratom Association. Listed on the AKA website, they promise to follow GMP guidelines to provide kratom that is consistent in quality, safe for consumption and of the finest quality.

There is not much detail listed on their website regarding their customer history. However, one can find pertinent company information such as the company address, phone number and email address. The company office is located in Hasting, Florida, USA.

From Where Does Club 13 Source Its Kratom?

Again, there is not much detail about the history of the company. However, from extensive online research, we were able to ascertain that Club 13 sources their kratom from trusted kratom growers throughout Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. The founders even travelled to the plantations to see firsthand how their kratom was harvested. As one of the older online kratom vendors, they have built a solid reputation with their growers.

Does Club 13 Lab Test Their Kratom?

Club 13 sends each and every batch of their kratom to a certified, neutral third party laboratory facility. It is then thoroughly tested for alkaloid levels and quality. Additionally, it undergoes strict screening to ensure that it is free from any harsh metals or other such contaminants.

Customers can view the most up-to-date lab results directly on the company website. Simply click on the Labs & More tab. You can then enter the lot number located on the product label to see the results for that specific batch. There is even an option to click on the specific product to find where the batch number is located.

What Do Customers Say About Club 13 Kratom?

There are mixed reviews about Club 13 Kratom. We did an extensive online search including Google Reviews, Reddit Reviews and more. Some were not satisfied with the quality of kratom while others sang its praises. The majority of the complaints are in regards to their pricing and there were a few complaints about the customer support team. They do seem to have a loyal fan base.

Our Conclusion

Club 13 is a solid vendor with a 4+ star rating. They do offer a wide selection of kratom products. They provide recent lab reports and offer a solid rewards program.

However, they do not provide a company history or mission statement, as do many other sites. Their prices are a bit exorbitant and quite a few of their products were out of stock at the time of this review. They are also a bit vague in their product descriptions as to where each strain was sourced.

Club 13 Kratom must be doing something right as they are still in the kratom business after 25 years. They seem to be a solid company with a good product. However, there are also many other reputable vendors around that offer higher quality kratom at more affordable costs.
